In a Nutshell

Farhana Goga is a Counselling Psychologist & Life Coach. She offers Counselling & Coaching to children, teenagers and adults, with a focus on healing, growth, transformation,adjusting/embracing, acceptance & support . She has a particular interest in working with teenagers and young adults as they explore life and create their footing in the world. Farhana offers short and long term counselling.

Her is focused on individuals, couples, families and groups,  giving you the space to hear yourself and work out what you want, navigate it, and be at peace with it, in a non-judgemental,confidential, contained environment. It is also an opportunity for you to explore your truth & choices.

Through our work together we may also explore the question, who would you be without your issue, and what will you fill that space with. Letting go of our stuff, giving yourself permission to heal and embrace life, accepting what is, and making choices that make us feel settled, is sometimes scary. We will explore your needs step by step and assist you with what you would like for your life.

Your choices and decisions may change, and you may not even follow the advise/suggestions/choices, but you will be supported  in your journey, while the therapist with you will explore options and will be there, listening, engaing, nurturing, challenging, educating, accepting.

The knowledge and tool base of the therapist is vast, but the client and the client's needs are the priority. The sessions are client-focused, with a deep respect for you.

Farhana takes the work and concepts of Integrative Living to organisations, schools and companies. Programmes are specifically made for the situation and needs.

Farhana will share tools and ideas that may be helpful to you, what we use will be what you are comfortable with.

Why Integrative Living?

INTEGRATIVE LIVING:
- its the union of the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, higher-self; individual and inter-relational aspects of being human.
-  I use the integration of various researched tools.
- it explores the possibility to be healthy and happy in all areas of our lives, and where there is a struggle or change, to build on the areas that are working and use them to shift the other aspects.
- it encourages the integration of acceptance of our lives, choices and decisions, even when they don't fit into expectations; listening to our truth.
- when we integrate and allow for the various aspects of ourselves, we can lead healed, inspired, wholesome lives and create healthy work and family relationships, and the relationship with ourselves.
